Are headbands silly?
Whilst wearing my new chunky tortoiseshell hairband, I convince myself that I look like a cast-off from the beat generation (stripey top - check, back-combed-hair - check, black pumps - check, sulky expression - check) I'm afraid that the brutal reality is that I look like a four-year old Scooby-Doo gang wannabe...
Any thoughts guys?

As someone who has suffered the peril of the headband as a child, all i can say is avoid looking like you've just placed a mini version of the wembley arch on your head.
As the proud owner of not one, but two headbands - one of which is bright pink and the same one as Stinks - I can say that I am also under the delusion that it makes me look a bit chic. However, they either totally hurt my head (like two knives sticking on either side of my head) or are too floppy/loose and slide down. I think it is all about the back comb or pony tail to go with it. And lots of eye liner. Or just roll with the Alice in Wonderland look.
